Within 14 days, I went from taking 2+ hours to fall asleep, waking at 3am like clockwork, and sleeping 3-4 hours a night;

To falling asleep within 10 minutes, sleeping until 5am 50% of the time,
and sleeping 6 hours at least.

After 4 weeks, I sleep 7 hours each night.
