Many ask me - why did you become a sleep expert?
Did you struggle with sleep?
I didn't - but I did struggle with major depression, anorexia,
and was hospitalised for 6 months - at just 17.
When I was so unwell, everything was taken from me -
school, friends, family, my freedom.
I had a turning point when I was unable to go to my best friends birthday party - her 18th, a milestone - and I decided I had enough.
I HAD to get better. There was NO other way.
So... I did. It took time, a lot of support, but I eventually got there.
And in doing so, I reclaimed my freedom, my happiness, my life.
This is why I do what I do: I want everyone to have this transformation.
So I studied - Psychology, Sleep Psychology, Nutrition and Fitness;
discovering that sleep isn't 'a' pillar of health, it's THE pillar of health.
This is exactly why I became a sleep expert -
To put action behind intention,
and help you become your best you.
