You thrive until lunch, and notice your energy dwindles the later the afternoon gets, and often drift off. Sometimes this irritates you, so you reach for a coffee to spur you on, only to find it hard to switch off at night.
In the evening, you prefer something low key mostly, and if you have commitments, will usually the be one to ask if they can start early.
