Yu won't always be able to go to bed at 1030... and that's ok.
Focus on improving sleep quality, especially if you can't sleep as many hours as you'd like.

number 2

The most effective way you can improve. your sleep
is to reduce blue light exposure 2 hours before bed.
Especially if you have a racing mind!
Either stop using devices, or wear 100% blue light blocking glasses.

If you are a bear, others can depend on you, day or night, whatever the request. Known as hard-working team player, you love to be in a group and find yourself most motivated when you’re part of a team, whether for work or pleasure. As a partner, you’re generous and giving and typically put the needs of your loved ones before your own, and this can often
extend to your family and closest friends too.

grounded, humble, reliable

PERSONALITY

Around 7am, you begin to rise – and head straight for a coffee to clear out that brain fog. After an hour or so, and maybe coffee number two, you’re ready for action, and notice your peak mental performance rolls around between 9 and 10am; continuing through to the early afternoon.

Energetically, you stay fresh by switching up your tasks every hour or so - you are energised by others, after all. However, at 3pm, when, like clockwork, 'that' slump hits - cue second coffee, maybe a treat and / or daydreaming at your desk.

In the evening, sometimes you're energised, sometimes not - just depends on the day you've had. At bedtime though, you sometimes find yourself lingering in front of the TV for far too long, and subsequently, struggling to switch off; Through the night, it's commonplace for you to wake and be unable to return to sleep too.
