Avocado + coconut cream. I'd like to say there's more to this dip, but there's not. It's perfect together and needs nothing else - a match made in heaven you could say.
Goes GREAT with gluten free rice crackers, raw carrots, raw pumpkin and / or raw broccolini.
Alternatively, often I cook up some quinoa and stir it through, or add it to the top of any of my vegan / paleo salads - the classic green salad, a spiralized carrot / zucchini blend, or even a poached egg on a bed of spinach.
