For those times my body craves nothing but a huge dose of raw vegetables, I'll whip this baby up and fuel up with wholesome goodness. By adding the chickpeas it heightens the protein / low GI content, making it more filling and nourishing to my bod. By adding the satay drizzle, it adds something even more important - delicious flavour.
chopped raw beetroot
1/2 can organic cooked chickpeas
1-2 teaspoons smooth peanut butter
almond / coconut milk to make it the consistency you want
top with sesame seeds
