Kale chips are definitely one of my favourite sides when I've got friends over. They're crunchy, can be coated in coconut oil and a million different spices (maybe not a million, but you know what I mean) and are made from kale - what's not to love?
This version uses paprika - being that distinct red colour means it's packed full of antioxidants which cleanse our blood from toxins, as well as being a powerhosue of vitamin A for healthy eyesight and assisting cell development, as well as revving up your metabolism.
In a bowl mix 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and paprika (rosemary, cumin,, then add kale leaves (no stems please)
Place in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, checking every few minutes until they are crisp
