Matcha & Coconut Bliss Balls

I'm a fan of tea and a little something sweet - and of course, healthy - so when Matcha Maiden, Nuzest, Natvia and Meko Coconut water sent me a little package of their goods; I thought I would blend them all up. Result? It was chewy, sweet, delicious and a perfect accompaniment to a cup of chai. 

Ingredients

1 cup almond / chia meal - from my Goodness Me Box 
1 scoop Nuzest vanilla protein powder
2 tsp Matcha Maiden powder
5 dates
Meko Coconut water to blend
1 tsp Natvia
Heaps of shredded coconut spread through

Method

Soften dates in boiling water
Blend all ingredients with hands for messy fun
Roll into bliss balls
Share with friends, lovers or just you!
