When the girls at Health Lab said they had a protein powder which featured spirulina, chia and flaxseed, I was all over it like a team of girls who had just been told that Stylerunner was having an 80% off sale. When I have my smoothies, often I'll add a superfood to boost the nutrient content - maca, magnesium and spirulina are my faves. An advantage of adding your superfoods to your smoothies over having them on their own is that they often are absorbed more effectively by the body, due to the interaction of the nutrients from the other smoothie ingredients. 1 frozen banana
Meko coconut water to blend to desired consistency
Orgamix Cacao Crackle, sprinkled on top
