Food is 70%, 20% is exercise, 10% are 'other factors' like genetics and environment.
That's probably why although i'm a personal trainer, I continually write food posts - healthy recipes, where to go, etc etc. Or it could just be because i'm a massive food lover. Either or, if rather than drown yourself in a pool of sweat day after day and not see results, take care of your diet and you're literally over half way to your bikini body.
What do I advise? Eating clean is pretty much the best way to nourish your body, and as a result will also help you lean up - removing artifical additions like processed foods, sugars, alcohol etc; and filling your diet with wholesome, nutrient dense foods like lean meats, vegetables and fruit, as well as a moderate intake of healthy fats to assist in nutrient absorption, skin integrity and oh - just that little factor of we all like to eat delicious tasting food - and you'll notice your body will glow from the inside.
For specifics, basically any of the recipes I recommend are in this category, both my own and the ones that I reference. So have a trawl through my posts and fuel up (metaphorically speaking) on some healthy recipes that will see your tummy happy, and your excess fat areas melt away.
If you'd like further help, please email me - firstname.lastname@example.org - and I'm happy to design a nutrition plan for you, an exercise program, do some PT (eastern suburbs Sydney only) and whatever else my psychology/fitness/nutrition background allows to help you reach your goals further.
