Ingredients
Organic mixed leaves
1 bunch asparagus
Fresh figs, chopped into quarters
Premium Italian Pruscuitto from your local butcher
Basil leaves, chopped (optional)
Dressing
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp balsamic
Method
Roast asparagus in an 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes prior
Chop all ingredients
Pull apart pruscuitto, making sure to 'taste for quality' aka have a sneaky slice along the way
Combine all ingredients & add dressing
